As Solar Manager, Christian Peck is responsible for the operational oversight and successful execution of all solar installation projects. His comprehensive understanding of the process is rooted in his career progression within Energy Select, where he advanced from a delivery driver and installer to a team lead before assuming his current management position. A licensed electrician, he holds numerous certifications from industry leaders including Ironridge, SolarEdge, Enphase, and Franklin, ensuring our teams are aligned with the highest technical standards.

Christian’s leadership philosophy is centered on fostering a culture of technical excellence and positive impact. Guided by his faith, he is committed to developing a skilled, collaborative team and believes that mastering the technical aspects of solar is crucial for success. He is dedicated to ensuring that every project meets our quality standards and leaves a positive impression on our customers. Outside of work, Christian enjoys music and spending time with friends.
