As the Operations Administrator, Kristi Felton manages the critical processes of permitting and utility interconnection, ensuring a smooth and efficient path forward for our projects. Kristi made a conscious decision to join Energy Select after coming from a corporate background, drawn specifically to the values and culture of a family-owned business. She values the ability to work closely with leadership and be part of a team where character and shared principles are paramount.

While she started with limited knowledge of solar, Kristi has developed a deep appreciation for the industry's broader impact—from reducing carbon emissions to contributing to a more sustainable future. She is proud to be part of a field filled with passionate professionals doing meaningful work. This sense of purpose complements her personal life. Outside of the office, she connects with nature through gardening and spending time on the water, and she enjoys reading, a hobby that supports her commitment to continuous learning.
