As a Lead Solar Installer, Isaiah Quispehuaman guides his team with extensive technical knowledge and significant hands-on experience. He is an OSHA 10 certified professional and a certified installer for industry-leading platforms, including Enphase, SolarEdge, and Franklin battery systems. Having completed over 100 solar installations, Isaiah has a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to execute a project with skill and precision.

Isaiah is driven by a dual passion: he loves seeing the direct financial benefits that solar provides for homeowners, while also taking pride in knowing each installation helps the world go a little bit greener. As one of six siblings, he understands the value of teamwork and collaboration, principles he applies to his leadership role every day. When he's not leading his crew, Isaiah enjoys going to a good concert.
