Ben Pendleton

As a Solar Installer for Energy Select, Ben Pendleton draws upon eight years of dedicated solar experience, complemented by a decade in the landscaping industry. He is a licensed Journeyman Electrician in West Virginia and holds numerous technical certifications from Enphase and other leading manufacturers. His career progression in solar has included roles such as Lead Installer, Field Installation Manager, and Project Manager, and he has co-owned a solar installation company. This comprehensive background includes proficiency with most major racking and energy management systems, as well as experience servicing systems abandoned by their original installers.

Ben’s work is guided by his interest in renewable energy and his appreciation for the outdoors. He enjoys the unique technical challenges each project presents and the continuous learning required in the solar industry. An avid cyclist and outdoorsman, his personal adventures have included rock climbing in British Columbia and summiting Mt. Rainier.
