Medea Chokheli

As an Operations Administrator, Medea Chokheli brings a disciplined, process-minded approach to the coordination work that keeps our projects moving forward. A graduate of the Faculty of Law, she pairs formal legal training with the focus and adaptability built over a professional athletic career. Medea began playing handball at 13 and turned professional at 18, a path that took her to four different countries and immersed her in as many cultures. She joined Energy Select with limited experience in the solar industry and has built her expertise here, developing new skills with the support of a team invested in her growth.

Medea was drawn to the company's commitment to sustainability and its focus on making a positive environmental impact— values that closely mirror her own and make the work more meaningful. She also values the flexibility the role allows, which complements the active life she has built outside of it. An avid traveler who has visited more than 30 countries and hopes to keep adding to that list, Medea spends her free time outdoors whenever she can, whether camping, hiking, or skiing.
