Madi Horstkamp

As the Sales Administrator and Human Resources Manager, Madi Horstkamp plays a pivotal role at the intersection of customer relations and team development. Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Madi brings an analytical and detail-oriented perspective to her work, continuously seeking to improve processes that support both our clients and our growing team.

Madi has always been passionate about the environment, making daily choices to reduce her footprint through mindful consumption and sustainable habits. She was drawn to Energy Select because it offered a professional environment that genuinely shares and acts upon those same values. Encouraged by her brother, Chris, to join the family business, she finds great fulfillment in contributing to a company that respects its customers and the planet. Born in the Czech Republic, Madi enjoys jogging, hiking, and is currently training for a half marathon. She has also been a pianist since kindergarten.
