His proficiency as an Aurora Solar Designer gives him a foundational understanding of the engineering process, which he complements with his experience as a QuickBooks Time administrator and his qualifications in HR. This versatile skill set allows him to support multiple facets of the company's daily operations.

Ratko was drawn to Energy Select by a desire to be part of a company actively working to make a positive impact. He believes in the mission of improving the world through alternative energy solutions and is proud to contribute to that goal every day. When he's not streamlining operations, Ratko enjoys hiking, cooking, and is also known to be a pretty decent dancer.
