Will Russell

As a Senior Service & Training Specialist, Will Russell plays a pivotal role in Energy Select's technical operations and team development, drawing on more than five years of dedicated solar experience. His extensive training in PV and Battery Storage Systems, complemented by multiple manufacturer certifications, makes him an expert in the field. Will's specialties lie in system diagnostics, repair, and replacement, but his impact extends to his role as a key trainer, where he has developed the skills of numerous technicians on the team.

Will’s career is driven by a genuine desire to help others, a passion he channels into finding the best possible solutions for every customer. A Southern Maryland native, Will's journey with Energy Select is unique; he first worked with the company during high school before returning to the team after a period in Florida. In his five years back, he has played an integral role in the company's growth and success.

Outside of work, Will enjoys relaxing with friends, watching sports and movies, and playing video games. You can also find him walking and playing with his adopted dog, enjoying the local community he has always called home.
